New Information: This is an appeal to waive the 21 day amendment for my Winter 2017 courses. I previously did not appeal these courses in the timeframe allowed because of two significant roadblocks. Firstly, the circumstances listed in my first appeal were still on going, I was still working, my grandfathers condition had not become better and so I still unable to focus on school and any failures that came with it. Secondly, up until recently I erroneously viewed my circumstance as a situation that did not qualify my failing of school. My thought process was that I deserved to fail, because if I was unable to maintain a 40 hour work week and also a full course load than I was simply unfit to be a student. It sounds outrageous but it¿¿s a comparison I see from my two elder sisters who both graduated whilst working full time and one even sought her masters. I felt like the dumb one out. Due to this fact I thought my appeal would not be granted and thus there was no point in applying however I have now realized there were circumstances beyond my control for the greater part of last year. Thank you for your consideration.
