Petition Letter
Petition Letter: Hello,
I have more than the required amount of elective credits to graduate on time as a BIOL major, but I am currently applying to Canadian dental schools and some of them require a full course load. Prior to today I was planning on only applying to American dental schools, which do not require a full course load, but the circumstances have changed. I was enrolled into CISC P81 at the beginning of this academic semester, but I dropped it after a week upon speaking to Julie French and validating that I had enough credits to graduate. This is of the upmost importance to me because my near-future goals depend on whether I can re-enter this class. My applications are due in December, and thus I cannot make-up for this by taking an extra course in the winter semester. I am prepared to dedicate myself to this course to do well. Taking into consideration that I have only truly missed a week's worth of classes assures me that I am able to catch up quickly. The lecture times do not conflict with any of my other fall or winter classes, and there are still open seats in the course. Moreover, I understand that there is a financial loss associated with this ordeal.
Sincerely,
Olivia Kutlesa

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: I will succeed if granted the opportunity to re-enroll into CISC P81 because I am already aware of what the class entails, and how the professor teaches and what is expected of me as a student. All of the notes are posted online and so it should be no problem for me to catch-up on my own time. I am actively seeking to be granted permission to be accepted back into this course because it means a lot to me, both on a personal and academic level. My future depends on me getting into this class, and that is why this class is of inherent value to me.
Documentation
Professional Letter Detail: I do not have any documentation, seeing as I am not ill or distraught in any sense.
