Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I wish to be granted permission to request a retroactive Letter of Permission for Fall 2013.
On November 6th 2013, I was granted a Letter of Permission to be enrolled in CHEM 217 at Athabasca University for the 2014 Winter Term.
However, I enrolled into the program in December 2013 (Fall 2013 Term) assuming it was the Winter term. As a result, my initial Letter of Permission is not credible.
I completed the course in May 2014 and received a final grade above a Queen's C.
This is the last credit I need in order to graduate in the upcoming Fall Convocation.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my appeal,
