Petition Letter: I am on medical leave, and as you can see from my past appeals, I have had quite a hard time juggling school and health. I would like to complete this course, however I feel as though I am not in the right head space to write an in-person exam right now. I would like to defer this examination and write it when I finish up a course of treatment I am taking with my doctor right now.

Academic Plan: Once I have finished my course of treatment, I feel I will be in a better place to be more successful with my exam.

New Information: After further academic and health consideration, I was suggested to drop this course entirely. If this is quicker then getting an extension for my exam, then I would rather do this.
