Dear Associate Dean (Studies),
I am appealing to drop ANAT 101 (Winter, 2018).
Since the beginning of the winter semester I have been struggling with mental health and family issues. These issues made it difficult to complete the required course work and expectations. At the end of January I made an appointment with a physician to discuss my mental health issues and have had regular follow up appointments. I have also seen a counselor and occupational therapist a few times a month since February for support.
In the future, I will take a lighter course load and continue scheduling regular appointments with my physician and counselor.
