Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I am a third year music student requesting an appeal to change a course level. During my process of course selection last summer (Academic session fall 2013), entering into my second year, I selected the wrong course level for my large ensemble credit. The course I selected was 178, which is Wind Ensemble for first year students. I had already completed this course in first year and therefore needed to add 278 for my second year. I completed 278 during my second year, but on my transcript it shows that I have taken 178 twice instead. I am therefore requesting an appeal as I do not want 178 to show up on my transcript as being taken twice, when in reality I completed both 178 and 278 and should be getting the credits for both courses.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: My plan for achieving academic success is to have the course switched from 178 to 278 and then complete 378 this year and in my fourth year 478. That way, my transcript will show that I have completed all four years of Wind Ensemble successfully.
