I am Samantha Williams, a student going into 4th year completing an Honours History degree at Queen's University. I am making this appeal in order to be approved to take 3 4th year level courses in history at McMaster university this semester to complete my degree requirements in this area. I was unable to attend the Queen's campus in the past winter semester due to mental health issues and Im afraid I will still require completing the rest of my degree online and from my family home just 10 minutes from the McMaster Campus. I am looking to take 3 400 Level History courses offered at McMaster, which are HISTORY4AW3 - North Atlantic Crossings from 1750-1940, and HISTORY 4HH3 - China's Great Cultural Revolution. I have a Doctors note which can be uploaded in order for this appeal to be approved.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: For my academic plan, I would just need to complete these last 3 seminar courses in person which would be counted as 4.5 units each to complete my degree requirements in upper level history seminars. After that, I would be able to take the rest of my courses online through Queen's in order to graduate in Spring 2019.
