Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I have been struggle in CHEM313, that I have attend all the lectures written down all the notes with no idea what is going on in the course. I have been taking three core courses plus CHEM 213 and two lab sections that linear algebra is the prerequested course for CHEM313, and I am taking it online at the same times. However, based on my class schedule that I have no times to study for linear algebra that I do not have any background for linear algebra or derivative that have been used in CHEM313. I have been struggle and try to memorize all the equation and I have talk to my parents that they suggest me to take it after I have done linear algebra and for better understanding in the course for next year.
