New Information: In addition to stated before, after talking to my academic advisor - Melody Monte - from my department, Kinesiology, the associate dean Michelle Gallant, as well as Bonney Hunt - QSAS advisor, who I have been constantly seeing since December 10th, date of the injury, it was recommended the appeal. Nevertheless, I realized that I could not cope with the extra financial costs from taking these courses again, as I am an international student and it would not fit my parents budget. Besides the courses here being way more expensive for me, I was not able to work during the year to help my parents with my expenses as I had planned to due to this struggle resulted from my injury, which makes even harder for them to deal with more costs than initially expected. Thus, I would also like to request a full refund. I am appealing to drop ANAT315 and KNPE251 as well as receiving a full refund.

These are the courses that I have been struggling during the term, due to the amount of memorization needed in addition to the laboratory attendances, which are hard for me as I experience dizziness in smaller rooms that present different stimuli to my vision. I thought I would be able to cope with all my work load and I tried to go until the end, also knowing how hard it is to my parents maintain me here. I know I can succeed in any course, if I have enough time to study and focus in each subject. This is why that for the next term, with advice from my academic and accessibility advisors, I will take three to four courses, depending on my capabilities, so that I will be able to manage all the work load in time and succeed as I normally would do. During the summer, I will also take courses so that I can still cope with all the content required for my degree, but respecting my brain, getting my best results with no impairments due to my current disability.
