Dear Associate Dean,
I am appealing to add Biol 334(Winter, 2019). I thought I was enrolled in this course the whole time until I tried to do the first quiz on onQ that's due on 1/20 on 1/19. Then I realized that I wasn't enrolled in Biol 334, and it was only in the shopping bag and I did not check out. However, it is too late to add the course at that point. This course means a lot to me because in order to graduate on time, I will need to take Biol 334 in this winter so that I can take Cisc 471 in the next fall (only offered in the next fall). I have reached out to many academic advisor, and tried to write an appeal for the last few days, but the instructor told me this course was full. During this morning, I went to Goodwin Hall and talked to Karen, she saw that this course still have 1 spot left and she wants me to do the appeal as soon as possible.
If you would give me the chance to enroll in this course, I would really appreciate it. I have been going to the lectures since the start of the school year because I thought I was enrolled in it and have all the notes for the course. Therefore, catching up the contents is not a problem.
