Petition Letter: Dear Dean office

This is Kate and I need to CR this course for now, because of my serious allergy (health condition) this term get worse and even I tried really hard but still can not get an ideal grade. Even I did well on all the assignments(I've tried really hard to go to the lectures and finished all the assignments, but I still feel like I can do better once my health condition gets better). So I am asking for CR this course and which can give me the credits.

PS: I did the appeal once for dropping a fall term stats class as the same reason(health) and the reason why I did not drop both classes at the same time is that I did not want to lose the credits since I have put so many efforts on this class, thus I am trying to apply for CR this course
