Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern
Beginning in winter of 2018 and continuing until the end of the term in 2019, I, Tiz MacKenzie, had been going through an extremely difficult mental health problem that prevented me from attending my classes, and thus keeping up with coursework. I have now acquired the accommodations I need to prevent this from happening again, and am receiving counselling and medication for the unavoidable. I am therefore requesting to drop the courses of which I missed so much, so that I may begin anew in the fall term of 2019. Please allow me this, so that I can demonstrate my ability to succeed, given the slightly altered circumstances.
Thank you.
