Petition Letter
Petition Letter: I would like to be considered for academic appeal for my Macroeconomics 112 final examination with Professor Ian Cromb. I have filled out paper work with the university for my Verification of Personal Health Condition and received confirmation from Professor Cromb that he has received a copy. I went into the exam with the final with a 96 and performed very poorly in the exam. Hours after the exam I was admitted to Kingston General with a severe medical issue and remained in the hospital for the next five days. My professor has told me that I may be able to receive credit for the course without the mark affecting my GPA.
Academic Plan
Academic Plan: I am home in Vancouver and receiving ongoing medical care. My health is improving and I have been advised by my doctors that it will continue to do so if I follow their protocol both in Vancouver and in Kingston. My intent is to follow the doctors instructions and maintain good health for the duration of my time at Queens University. I will also be regularly attending with a personal counsellor.
