Petition Letter: Dear Appeals office,
Unfortunately during this term a family member of mine passed away. He was my uncle from Pakistan, and me and him were pretty close. I already have severe anxiety and I've been working on myself when it comes to my depression. But when I found out of his passing I slipped up and fell into a depressive state. Working on my assignments for CLST 304 became impossible for me to do at the time. I ended up failing to submit a report worth 50 of my grade. Therefore, Id like to drop the course for this semester.
