Petition Letter

Petition Letter: Good morning I am writing this appeal in light of a recent letter I received from a collection company regarding an outstanding bill for a mine 202 course which I dropped 4 or 5 years ago, I took the course well working full time and the support I was promised for the mat lab program used did not come through however I digress, I received an email asking my intent re dropping the course and I responded with Yes and cited the reasons based on those provided, work load and never having taken a university course before and heard nothing back so assumed all was fine until I got this letter from collections. As a full time employee of the university in the Mining Department I would not have been hard to locate if required, but I am not left at you discression to consider my appeal to drop this course again. Thank you for time and consideration
Larry Steele
