Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hello,

My name is Evan-Anthony Batista DeJesus, 20110589. I am appealing term work assignments that affected my final grade. The course code is ASTR101. On March 31st, I had three assignments due to hand in and I submitted them all on OnQ (or so I thought). I would normally check my email for a submission receipt, but since I was at the BISC campus and it was the end of term and I had to look forward to exams the following week I did not check. After about a week I checked OnQ for my grades and saw that none of them were back, however, there was a notification saying that I didn¿¿t hand in my assignment. So, I attempted to submit them, but the page kept on refreshing and bringing me back to the same page without submitting the assignments. Then on May 5th, I checked to see my marks again and I that I got a zero on the two assignments and it turned out that the professor didn¿¿t get the google documents. I emailed him and he sent me the appeal link. But even with all this being said why would I complete work and not submit it I¿¿m attaching my correspondence as well as my emails following up with my professor, and the screenshots of my submissions I worked as hard as I could in this class and it¿¿s very important that my mark reflects it and my submission is appealed, reviewed and revised. I¿¿m on a low income and rely on any grants and bursaries I can get and this grade will impact this if not changed and effect more then just all my hard work.

I appreciate your attention in this matter and I thank you in advance... this has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety at this time and I look forward to resolving this as soon as possible.
