Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I would like to have the 21 day deadline waved as I did not have all my final grades due to a concussion i sustained 2 weeks before the end of classes. Please note that this appeal is separate health issue from the appeals I submitted a few years ago. I am still waiting for my final grade to be submitted but I would like to appeal to have 1 and possibly 2 grades as CR. My exams were deferred due to a concussion sustained, since i am graduating this semester I had to write them before my concussion symptoms subsided. My final grade I am waiting on should be submitted within the next few days. I was unable to do this before the end of term (april 30th) due to not having finished any of my courses at that point.
