Petition Letter: Respected Sir/Madam,

Thank you so much taking the time to review my appeal. I am submitting this appeal to waive my tuition payment resulted due to withdrawing the courses after the deadline. I was enrolled in a BHS courses through distance learning. I have long wanted to complete my degree accordingly Queens University set the platform for moms like me to accomplish my goals. However due to the continuous demands required from my kids (twins 7 years diagnosed with autism, delayed in speech) I was not able to commit to the courses that I was enrolled. However, I have dropped the courses after the deadline, which accumulated some outstanding payments to Queens University. With all my personal commitments and circumstances in my life, the amount that I need to pay back is a huge burden on me. I am seeking your kindness to waive this outstanding payments.
