Petition Letter: To whom this may concern,

During the first few weeks of the school year, I've been indecisive about some of the courses that I would like to take this term. This has largely been due to the fact that I've been debating between the career path I'd like to take after graduation. I've enrolled in and dropped a few courses during this period and after the last day to add a course, I really sat down and thought about what direction I want to take in the future and the courses that would benefit me the most. I would like the opportunity to enroll in RELS 131. I enrolled in it before the add deadline but dropped it in case I was given a spot in a course that I was on the waiting list for. That was not a wise decision. I have thoroughly read over the course description for RELS 131 and realized that this is a topic that is not only interesting but something that would benefit my interactions with various people throughout my future career and life. I know that I have missed a few weeks but I am determined and hardworking enough to catch up. I appreciate the time you have taken to read this, thank you in advance for your help.
