My name is Yixiao Geng. I am a fourth year student at Queen¿¿s University and my student number is 20032604.
On 2019 winter, I retook the course Econ 255. Unfortunately, I couldn¿¿t take the final exam because of the health issue and the instructor set up the makeup exam for me on September 12th.
However, I met some problems this summer when I was trying to extend my Canadian visa. When I went to the Visa Application Centre for the collection of biometrics, workers there told me since there were too many people were waiting for the Canadian visa, they need at least 2 weeks to put the new visa on the passport after the visa had been issued. Therefore, I couldn¿¿t arrive Kingston at September 12th and I need to change my flight on September 7th. At the end, I arrived Kingston at the end of September.
I have talked about this issue with the instructor and I was allowed to take the makeup exam on this December.
Could you please extend the incomplete grade for me so I can take the exam on December 7th and get my grade updated
