Petition Letter: To whomever it may concern,

I am writing this to appeal to drop CISC251. Although I have tried I have trouble comprehending the material. I was also not in the best mental state in the past November, it severely affected my academic performance and failed the major project. I have talked to an councillor and it seems to help.
I struggle to utilize the materials learned in the class and is afraid that I might fail this course.
