Petition Letter: I was in my 37 weeks o pregnancy on Nov 23 2014, At that day I got sever kidney infection as I am known to have renal stone with multiple urine infection.However, this is first time I got kidney infection. My doctor gave oral antibiotic and explained to me if I am not improved I will be admitted for IV antibiotics and advised me to get rest. So, I continued on medication and after that by 16 days I got birth in KGH. In the last lecture of HLTH 101, I explained to Prof. Power my situation and she offered me to get my work during the semester re-weighted and exclude me from the final due my health status at that time. I agreed on that.
I will provide my medical report and birth notification from KGH
