Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I'm an exchange student from Switzerland and I had some issues to have my courses approved by my home university (University of St.Gallen). I received an email from my university a few days ago but the deadline has already passed. Therefore I seek your help in order to solve this issue.
In order to validate my semester, I need both the course fInance (COMM221-in which I am already registered) and Economic of Healthcare (ECO243). However the courses are at the same time, thuesday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. According to Jennine Ball, I need the approval of both teacher to have both course. I contacted them and I get both approval.
I hope that we will find a solution and that you'll be able to add me in the eco course.

It was quite difficult for me to to anticipate these incidents. However, this in not an excuse and I'll try to gather more informations for my potential next exchange before my departure. More especially, I'll try to contact student there to help me with the process, or I'll contact the administration to become more aware of the internal functioning of the University I'm going in.
