Petition Letter: Dear school,

My name is Qiuwan Chen. I am appealing the requirement to AG and CR for some courses.

Last three years, I was tired to solve the trouble caused by a car accident. Every year, my dentist told me all my surgery will be done soon, but my health is steadily deteriorating. I was required to travel to Toronto many times. I have had continued pain since the accident and I also had to travel to Toronto for my medical care. I need to solve the health problems and required to see my lawyer and insurance company talk about my compensation. Lots of problems make me sad. I have continued to be in a dispute with my traffic accident compensation which is very tiring. I needed to advance my dental payment and the financial strain of this has been very difficult. Every year, all of them told me, we will be finished soon, but I feel they lied to me. I still need back to Toronto so many times, and my health hasn't any improvement. Even, I always feel hard to breathe, when the weather becomes cold, or someone is looking at me. My mental health problems become worse, I was trying to ask wellness to book an appointment, but it always needs a long time to wait. Also, my bone was a pain when I'm walking, I was connected with the physical therapy center in Queens, I still do some treatment with them.

I will back China on March 21, and book an appointment with my dental surgery, I will do all my surgery in China before I come back to Canada, and I will see a psychologist. I feel my dentist their plan was trying to kill me. I had an appointment on Dec 28, 2019, It is a dental assessment after the doctor checks my tooth health, he told me, he doesn't agree with my dental plan and told me I should tell my dentist or change other dentists.
I ask my mom to come to Canada and take care of me, this year is her last year in the work, she told me after September, She can live with me.
