I hope you are doing well.
I am submitting this appeal in order to receive a reweighed average for DEVS 260. Professor Kukreja asked me to submit an online appeal in order to receive a reweighed average for DEVS 260. Due to the circumstances of this pandemic, my disability, and working at home, I asked and was permitted to be exempt from writing the final essay for this course. I have completed all of my other coursework and my exam. I have worked very hard in this class and I do not think a P or a Pass grade would reflect my efforts. I am registered with QSAS and have a disability, so the structure and timeline of the exam allowed me to focus in comparison to the assignment. With the lack of routine in my day to day makes it difficult to complete regular assignments that do not follow a daily structure, and my home environment is quite disruptive. But with a shorter period of time that it took to write the exam, I was able to find a space available. Thank you for taking the time to read my appeal, if you have any further questions for myself or Dr. Kukreja do not hesitate to reach out.
