Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: The past week I have been feeling very overwhelmed and depressed which leads me to be unmotivated towards my studies. I have been working hard in the course prior to this episode which lead me to successfully complete the first quiz, though I did not do the assignment. After reaching out to three counsellors, I am slowly getting back into the hardworking dynamic and finding motivation though it has been difficult and I need an extension on the first assignment. I will make sure to stay on top of the rest of my work so this does not impact the rest of my academic schedule and communicate better with profs should any circumstances arise.
