Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am appealing to drop a course after the academic deadline for health reasons. I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks and I needed to lessen my work load in order to be able to manage my mental health. I would have dropped the course earlier but I was and still am very determined to complete all my courses, however my mental health is a limiting factor. I have struggled with mental health since my first year at Queen's and I am still learning how to best to deal with it. I am hoping to be well enough next semester to take on a full course load.
