Petition Letter: At the end of May 2020, I had health problems related to my stomach and digestion.
These symptoms prevent me from realizing my everyday life, including the responsibilities as a PSYC 100 student.
Due to the lockdown and warnings to only attend to hospital in emergencies, it wasn't until June 06 of 2020, that I visit a doctor.
I received a test result on June 13 of 2020. that came out positive with the presence of the bacterium H. pylori.
The treatment lasts several weeks before I can go back to normal life, and unfortunately, I did not understand how to drop off the course properly by the time.
My last H.pylori test on November 23 of 2020, came out negative, and today my health is much better.
This last test has a different name because I did a legal name and sex change on June 22 0f 2020.
