New Information: Hello, I am writing to add my documentation in support of my appeal to withdraw from two courses for the Winter 2021 term with no academic or financial penalty.

-Letter of support from Dr. R Houlden ¿¿ Endocrinologist working with me on support/management of issues

-Excerpts from Psychoeducational Assessment, please note page 1, 11 & 12 that note both depressive and anxiety disorders
