Petition Letter: I am applying for an appeal to do the circumstances i was going throughout the semester, which highly effected my ability to effectively complete my work. Early in the semester my grandmother had passed a way which played a large role on me due to her raising me for most of my life. It played a larger role on my mom because that is the loss of her mother. A couple months after that my mom had a mental breakdown, she had scenarios in her head and was very paranoid and wasnt able to remember simple things like her phone number that shes had my entire life. She was placed in a psych ward which required me to leave kingston and go back home to take care of my baby sister. I applied for an accommodation but it wasnt enough with me having to work to ensure our bills were paid
