Petition Letter

Petition Letter: Dear Colleague,

My name is Xiangyi Chen and I have contacted with the faculty since pre-covid period. I did surgery before and continue to have medicine since I was back on campus in the 2020 winter. During covid, I met a series of ridiculous things so that my study was impacted worse. In summer, I had many difficulties being back in my home country and was stranded in foreign cities. I was ill, and my medicine has run out, and I felt very sick during that times. After that, when I was back in my city, after finishing medical care, my family broke up. After that, it took a long time to deal with family affairs. Unfortunately, I had surgery due to an accident. It really made me very upset and depressed. Even I have to be hospitalized for days. These things I have reported to faculty when asked for accommodation. There are more detailed things i.e.doctor notes, certification of hospital... I think these things can prove my situation during the period, though I know it looks very weird. I'm going to deal with the left thing from those situations. Those courses have agreed upon by the instructors for late drops. I'm very sorry to ask for that late. I would appreciate it if you can help me with that

Sincerely,
Xiangyi Chen
