Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Dear Colleague,

My name is Xiangyi Chen. I have contacted the faculty since the 2020 winter. During the pre-covid period, as a person who finished surgery not long ago and having medicine, I felt very very hard to live in that situation. It was pretty hard to be back in my home country. I still remember my flights were canceled 5 times, and each time it was announced just two days before. I was moved out and in, stranded in a foreign city, and my medicine ran out almost. I got heart pains for weeks(I remember those things because it makes me extremely anxious during covid) I felt very sick so that I am not able to focus on my study.

I contacted the faculty about my situation this term, and I was suggested to ask for the CR standing for this course. For the documents, I did submit the accommodation covered for this period before. I remembered I also submitted the note from the doctor to confirm my health condition. Here I only saved the accommodation on my pc. Could you check the doctor's notes in the previous submission if you would like to
