Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,
I am Xiaotang Sun majoring in Applied Economics , and my student ID is 20185792. I plan to take winter-session courses abroad in at a Spanish university named Universidad Catolica San Antonio De Murcia (UCAM) in the Winter 2022.
I plan to take courses at another institution in my third year and apply for transferring the credits back to Queen??s for a reason that I want more time to schedule my study and work. If I complete some courses in my spare time in the Winter 2022, I can graduate earlier, thus, I will have more time for internships and apply for graduate school. That??s the reason why I need to have a tight timeline to take winter-session courses while studying at Queens.
The courses I plan to take at UCAM are:
11322 Financial Markets and Risk Management (equivalent to Queen??s ECON 322 Financial Markets and Risk Management)
11933 International Trade Policy (equivalent to Queen??s ECON 325 International Trade Policy)
11941 Monetary Economics (equivalent to Queen??s ECON 422 Monetary Economics)
I will appeal to the Associate Dean (Studies) and write to get a written permission from my department. Hopefully you may take time out of your busy schedule to kindly grant me a Letter of Permission.
Best Regards,
Xiaotang Sun

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: My academic plan for the coming semester is to take 2 courses, based on a sensible combination of required and elective courses, as well as the class schedule. My course plan for the Winter 2022 semester are ECON231, ECON354, COMM651, and MATH112. This semester's curriculum are demanding, and I plan to balance my excellent GPA with pleasurable studying. As a result, in the course study plan, I will allocate time reasonably and evenly distribute the courses to each semester.
