Petition Letter: Academic Appeal to Add Courses After Deadline

Hello, Im issuing my appeal to add courses after the course add deadline because I went through some extenuating circumstances. The reasoning for not being able to apply and enrol into classes on time is that I had debt on my account from last semester. I had applied for an appeal to register with debt and I was approved on the last day of course add. However, the office did not take the senate block off so I could not add any courses. I am still approved for that appeal and have all my courses in my shopping cart but must wait until Monday January 24, 2022, to do so because of this block not being lifted in time.

The courses I am trying to enroll in are;

FILM 236 002??Tuesday 10-11:30
HIST 219 001??Tuesday 4-5:30
Thursday 2:30-4
HLTH 235 001??Monday 8:30-10 am
Thursday 10-11:30
