Petition Letter: Dear Associate Dean,
I was taking the COMM 601, COMM 621, COMM 631, ECON 223, ECON 262 during the 2021 Summer. Since June till early November, I suffered from Paroxysmal hallucinations and narcolepsy, and I did not have much waking time in the day. I was absent from the University Study for several months for a medical reason during the summer and fall term. I did not finish my 2021 summer term courses COMM 601, COMM 621, COMM 631, ECON 223. My instructors knew my situation and put IN on my courses. Since I have other courses to take during the 2021 Fall semester, I can??t finish them during the fall semester. I have contacted with my professor Samuel Brein and he offer me to complete the course with the next cohort in the Summer of 2022. Would it be possible for you approve to extend my ECON 223 IN to end of the 2022 Summer? I have emailed the Certificate of Business office. The office told me as for extend the COMM 601, COMM 621, COMM 631, I should contact my professor directly since your office don??t deal with the commerce courses. However, I am not sure about the information. If your office can deal with COMM 601, COMM 621, COMM 631, could you help me to extend them also. Hope you will understand my situation and approve my request.

Academic Plan: During the 2022 Summer, I will not enroll in the any new courses. I will spend all my energy and time to finish the ECON 223, COMM 601, COMM 621, COMM 631. At the same time my physical situation is going to be better.
