Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I would like to add that I did not drop the courses I failed before the deadline as at that time I had thought that I would be able to handle them and power through but later the circumstances I had been dealing with made it hard for me to be successful in the course.

I would also like to change my appeal for LAW 201 from AG standing to CR, if possible.

I also emailed further documentation from the social worker I see at KGH to asc.appeals@queensu.ca as I was not able to upload it to the computer with my other documentation from Student Wellness
