Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Dear Board of Studies,

I am constructing this letter on my behalf to the board of studies to appeal the decision for me, to withdraw from queens for a min of 3 years.

I have undergone mental and psychological challenges, of a severe, & chronic, and over my years of queens it has not been easy to receive the support I needed.
I would have relapses, symptoms disallowing me from my day to day life that would affect all skills put towards academics. some conditions include PTSD, anxiety etc.

I am now at a stage where I have finally received the help and am able to prove to the board of studies I am a candidate to learn in queens, once again.
