Petition Letter: When I entered ANAT315 on Sept 16, I was on a waitlist for another course and had been worried I wouldn't get in. However, over the night of Monday the 19th, I was admitted to the waitlisted course. It was too late for me to drop out of ANAT315. I overestimated my ability to cope with two new courses on top of all my commitments and my other courses, and I continued falling behind in both new courses and the ones I was previously in. With my anatomy course taking more time out of the week for me, and requiring far more studying to memorize everything before upcoming midterms I believe it necessary to drop the course for the sake of the grades in all of my courses. The reduction of stress alone would allow me to cope with all the work required of my final year of undergraduate.
