Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: This is regarding an appeal I would like to make to the Board of Studies. The Queen's appeal website says, to initiate an appeal to the Board of Studies, you must submit an appeal through the Appeal Portal. This appeal portal does not have an option to submit an appeal to the Board of Studies, it only has an option to appeal to the Associate Dean. Therefore, I submitted my appeal materials via email to the Board of Studies email account (ascbos@queensu.ca) on October 28th, but I have not yet received clarification regarding this matter. Therefore, I am resubmitting these materials via the appeal website now. I have included the appeal form, appeal letter, and an appeal letter from my counsellor.
