Petition Letter: I was an interest student in 2021/2022 but dropped my winter course of 2022 without any problem.
Somehow, I was enrolled in a COGS course for Summer 2022 and am now being charged for it even though I never applied for it or participate in any of the classes. I would like to make an appeal to back date the course never taken and be able to waive the fees. Thank you.
