I am writing on behalf of the Associate Dean (Studies) to inform you that your request to submit an appeal past the deadline has been granted. You may now proceed with your planned appeal to drop courses past the academic deadline from the 2013/14 academic year.
Please access on the on-line appeals system at: http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. Your appeal letter should explain the extenuating circumstances concerning these particular courses, and include any relevant supporting documentation that wasn€™t included with your prior appeal. There will not be a fee for this new appeal, as it will be considered and amendment to your 21-day deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
