I have carefully considered your appeal to drop HIST 241, HIST 305A and as well as HIST 260A (F 2015) past the academic deadline. After careful consideration, I have decided to grant your request. These courses will now appear on your transcript as DR.
I have also considered your request to have your appeal heard after the 21-day timeline for submission, and have decided, based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, to waive the timeline. You may now proceed with your plans to appeal courses from the Fall 2013 to Summer 2015 terms.
Please access on the on-line appeals system at: http://www.queensu.ca/artsci/help/academic-appeals/online-appeal-submission After you enter your NetID and password you will now have a new appeal option called €œSubmit a Late Appeal€. Choose this option and follow the steps. Your appeal letter should explain the extenuating circumstances concerning these particular courses, and include any relevant supporting documentation that wasn€™t included with your prior appeal. There will not be a fee for this new appeal, as it will be considered an amendment to your 21-day deadline appeal so the system will skip over the payment step.
