I have reviewed your appeal to change the grade you received in FILM 240 (Fall 2015) to Credit standing. After very careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and your particular circumstances surrounding this course, I have decided to grant your appeal.

In consultation with Dr. Matrix, it appears that you did well on the components of the course that you were able to complete. It was also reasonable to accommodate you during the period of your grandfather€™s illness and death and had the final exam taken place, you would have passed the course and qualified for our offer of CR standing. Therefore, I feel your particular circumstances warrant this grade change. Your grade in this course will appear on your transcript as CR.
