Please note that the appeals system is not designed to compensate for circumstances that are ongoing in nature for which the student is unable or willing to effectively resolve or manage. Your file shows that you submitted two appeals previously based on the same circumstances. For the future, I would urge you to assess your ability to be successful in courses prior to the drop deadlines, which is set at Week 8 in the term to give students sufficient time to make this determination and drop any courses as needed to avoid future appeals.
