Dear Ms. Young:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop GNDS 215, GNDS 312 and GNDS 321 (W 2016) past the academic deadline as well as request Credit standing in POLS 280 (F 2015). After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your requests.

Your other appeal requests could not be heard because the deadline to appeal those courses has passed. If there were extenuating circumstances that prevented you from appealing these courses until the present day, you may submit a separate appeal requesting to waive the appeal deadline. This particular appeal must supply documented evidence of the reasons why were unable to appeal from the time those courses finished until now. If this appeal is granted, I will hear your late appeal.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
