I have reviewed your appeal to change the grades you received in POLS 250 and POLS 242 (W 2016) to Aegrotat standing. After careful consideration of the documentation you submitted and the information supplied by the instructors about the circumstances surrounding these courses, I have decided to grant your appeal.

The instructors of these courses have already submitted replacement grades based on the work you have completed, which will appear on your transcript as B and B+, respectively, along with the notation €œAegrotat: estimated grade€.

Should you proceed with your plan to submit an additional paper for POLS 250 over the summer to bring your work to 80 completion, Dr. Farrelly will send a revised final estimated grade once the work has been marked and we will update your transcript accordingly.
