Dear Ms. Sewell:

I have carefully considered your appeal to drop DRAM 205 (F 2013) and WRIT 125 (W 2014) past the academic deadline. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request.

I would recommend that you not enrol in any further courses until your personal challenges have been resolved and your current incomplete courses have been completed. I would also recommend that when you do register in further courses to monitor your academic progress very carefully and if you feel that you are at risk of failing to ensure that you drop any courses as needed within the academic deadlines.

Note that any change in academic registration may impact government or private-firm student financial assistance eligibility and/or funding. Please consult with the Student Awards Office, Office of the University Registrar, Gordon Hall, to understand the potential implications of changes to course or program registration and/or the consequences of not successfully completing the required course load.
