I have carefully considered your appeal to waive the Faculty ruling that you be Required to Withdraw for a Minimum of Three Years. After reviewing your file, I have decided to grant your request. You may now resume your studies at Queen's University.

As you might be aware, the academic regulations and grading system changed at Queen€™s in 2012. However, given that you completed the majority of your degree requirements prior to this change, we will grandparent you under the old system. The Geography Department confirmed that you have currently completed all of the courses required for your Geography General Plan. To earn your Bachelors of Arts (general) degree, you require a further 3.0 units (half credit) elective course with a minimum grade of C- (or if you choose to take multiple courses you will need to maintain a cumulative GPA of 1.60 from this point forward). If you have any questions about this, please feel free to contact our office at 613-533-2470 and we can arrange an appointment for you to speak with an academic advisor.
