I would like to note that this is a lenient decision. It is the student€™s responsibility to register with Accessibility Services to receive required academic accommodations. The choice not to register this term was a decision that was well within your control and is therefore, not considered to be an extenuating circumstance that would normally warrant waiving the academic regulations.
