I have carefully considered your request to have your appeal heard after the 21-day timeline for submission. Based on the circumstances you refer to in your letter of appeal, I have decided to waive the timeline.
As you have already submitted your late appeal to waive the Requirement to Withdraw for a Minimum of Three Years, I have reviewed it but I need some additional information and documentation before I can make a decision. Specifically, I will need some indication from your psychiatrist that your treatment so far has been successful enough that a return to studies is likely to be successful. Also, I would like to receive an explanation from you concerning your inability to either complete or drop by the deadline your two 2016 Summer term courses (which is an indication to me that your mental health condition may not be yet managed to the point where you are ready to continue taking courses). Once this information is received, I will proceed with my review of your appeal.
